What do you need to do to play to win at whatever is important to you right now?<\/p>\n<p>Maybe a new job, a new business venture or breaking through a personal challenge\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pursuing what we want is an adventure, it can be fun and challenging. At the same time it can be hard to face the challenges on our own, we get pulled and pushed by many different pressures in life.<\/p>\n<p>So, what can you do get clarity and turn challenges into opportunities for learning and growth?<\/p>\n<h3>Here are some steps to get you started:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be curious and excited about uncertainty<\/strong> \u2013 If you already know it, you can\u2019t learn and grow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be your own best friend<\/strong> \u2013 give yourself what you need to be the best you can be<\/li>\n<li><strong>Know the person you want to be<\/strong> \u2013 you are your own hero<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show up with all of you<\/strong> \u2013 bring all of who you are to everything you do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Need some support in your hero\u2019s journey? As a coach I will be there to celebrate your wins, challenge you and encourage you.
